What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for Maison Majestique items from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email info@shopmajestique.com within this time frame. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Do your products look exactly like the photos?
We strive to display each piece as accurately as possible. Due to natural materials and lighting, slight variations may occur.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We will do our best to accommodate any requests on orders that are new. If your order has begun processing, we are unable to make any modifications. If you wish to cancel your order, we can offer you a store credit. Please e-mail us and we will get back to you with a solution.
I put in the wrong shipping address! Can you help?
We ship to the address that is provided at checkout. In the event that you notice your address is incorrect, please email us at info@shopmajestique.com as soon as possible and well be happy to update the address for you if the parcel has not been processed by our shipping partners.
