We offer a 14-day return window for Maison Majestique items from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email info@shopmajestique.com within this time frame. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. 

Return labels are available for Canadian and U.S. customers for a $20 fee, which will be deducted from store credit. Customers may also return items at their own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, lost returns, duties, or customs fees. Any customs fees incurred during return transit will be deducted from store credit.

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt at our location.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
